We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
Your credit card is completely safe.
Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.
*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.
Furthermore, only our store will have your information. To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.
Shipping & Handling
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours (holidays excluded), pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed on Saturday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday. Domestic orders will arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we're happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS
HARTLY will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise.
At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes or offer Saturday delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
We do not charge your credit card until the date merchandise has shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from HARTLY, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns & Exchanges
All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with tags attached) within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make this process as easy as possible.
For exchanges: please indicate the desired item/size. We recommend you contact us to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- HARTLY reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the ten (10) day return period.
- Returns on special orders are not accepted.
- Ship your return or exchange through an insured track-able carrier, as HARTLY cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by HARTLY.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from HARTLY).

Mobile Terms of Service

The Hartly mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Hartly (“Hartly”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Hartly’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Hartly through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Hartly. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18442800073 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Hartly mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
